Biblical Archaeology Museum and Research Library

Curious about the historicity of Bible events, people, places and everyday items? Fascinated by fossils?

Long-time Bible researcher and explorer of the Bible Lands, Cottage Cove’s Executive Director, Brent MacDonald, has a private museum filled with artifacts from numerous countries, including Israel, Iraq, Tunisia, Lebanon, Jordan, Morocco, Turkey, Iran, Egypt, Italy, Greece, and Sudan. Items span the times of the Phoenicians, Canaanites, and Sumerians to the Persians, Judeans, Israelites, Nabataeans, Egyptians, the Meroitic Kingdom, and more. There are parchment and paper Bible and religious manuscripts spanning centuries, too!

The museum doesn’t normally have the seating set up unless hosting a teaching session or seminar. The museum is frequently used for DTI and some church gatherings.

Brent and Angie do not charge for museum tours.  Gifts to support Cottage Cove are welcome.

The museum is open by invitation only, so you must call or email and schedule your visit. The maximum group size is limited to about 25 people. Groups with younger school-aged children must be smaller and well-chaperoned. The museum features items of interest to all ages, but our focus is on teens and adults.

Simply put, you need to see it!
