Does not include donkeys, horses, camels, or other four-footed transportation – such experiences are optional and highly encouraged.  Brent will negotiate great pricing at key locations for those interested.

Pricing: We did it again!  This 17 day trip has a per day price under our 2015 trip. Our trip of a lifetime is far under equivalent excursions, if you can find one. (We've found shorter and less detailed trips costing well over $1500 more!).  We are a non-profit focused on making this trip affordable Christian education for everyone.

Perspective and Commentary

On each section

(From Brent)

Trip Dates: February and March are beautiful months in the Bible Lands – spring temps range from 60s F (16 C) to 78 F (26 C) average in the daytime. Everything is in springtime bloom! (Okay, the Egyptian desert doesn’t bloom but it’s far nicer than cooking in the desert a couple months later)

Bible Content & Timeline: You will not find another trip that features such a comprehensive itinerary (we’ve looked!).

Hotels: Not only will these be beautiful hotels and locations, they provide excellent and safe foods.  We have an unprecedented 4 nights at Dead Sea resorts in Jordan and Israel on this trip.

Meals: Bring your appetite. The buffet breakfasts and dinners (suppers) are amazing.

Sites: Ask anyone who has ever traveled with us about the uniqueness of the sites you get to see on our trips! Other trips just don’t get to go where we go – connections pay off!

Learning: We also have periodic times of worship and singing, plus celebrate the Lord’s supper in Jerusalem. We prepare printed materials that give you insight into each site, plus pertinent Bible passages, maps and more.  If you study the bible or teach the Bible, these are highly useful – international guides use our materials!

Transportation: Turkish Airlines gets rave reviews from our previous travelers, including for food and friendliness. Our buses are top-notch with very professional drivers.

Pricing: We work to get you unprecedented non-profit pricing, that no one can match.  When doesn’t travel pricing go up and typically a lot? Not ours.  It doesn’t get better than this. Even fuel surcharges are lower this year! (And we even lowered the price after we first posted this due to an extra deal!)

Requirements and Space:  Help us get the word out and get the trip filled in quickly. Every trip we have someone who says “I wish I had known” or “I should have gone.”

Fine Print:

1. We have never had to cancel a trip, since we make changes, as necessary, due to circumstances on the ground (before or during the trip).  I’ll say it again, safety is a big deal to us.  No one on our trips has ever felt or been unsafe.

2.  Since we do this trip as a non-profit, with direct cost recovery, all taxes and fuel charges are subject to change. If any government/authority raises them we have to pass it on to you. That being said, it’s quite rare for increases (the last two trips had none).  Theoretically, if they went down, we’d pass this on to you too (but when has government ever lowered taxes?)

To make things easier for you, we normally collect the tip money, on-site visa fees, and departure taxes, in advance and disburse it on your behalf throughout the trip (...and if you are feeling blessed/grateful/generous at any time throughout the trip you can always tip more if you wish).  Tips will be $14 x 17 days (about the same as you pay on a cruise ship but with far less service – we have top notch guides!).

You will eat so well at breakfast and dinner, you will rarely want lunch.  Snacking works well at lunch, we will occasionally stop at places were an optional lunch may be purchased (perhaps for a Saint Peter’s fish at Galilee).

Single supplement is available at extra charge ($900), where a traveler can have a room to themselves, but we will do our best to pair you with another traveler to save this cost, if you wish. We already have a male and female single travelers needing roommates.

3. While not required, we suggest, and many people use, travel medical and trip cancellation insurance:

See InsureMyTrip.com for lots of options.

A longer trip and a lower cost than our 2015 trip!
